• We were founded by two physicians in 1991.
• We have made annual medical mission trips to Guatemala for 27 years.
• We have provided thousands of free surgeries to women and children.
• We have provided free medical and dental services to tens of thousands of women and children.
•  Our orthotics and prosthetics program provides healthy self-sufficiency to those who need it.

Our team includes doctors, nurses, medical technicians, pharmacists, translators, logistics specialists, and a host of others who dedicate their time, talents and resources.

• We do not have any paid staff.
• Our volunteers pay for their own travel, food and lodging.
• We rely on generous donors to defray our program costs.
